This weekend, department stores are cutting costs. Retailers like Macy*s, Kohl’s, and JCPenney are all sponsoring sales that will make you sweat! And before you say no – keep in mind that all of these retailers are designer destinations. Lauren Conrad, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Coach, Guess, and Vera Wang are amongst the many names that make high-end designs available without the high-end costs.
