Move over America's Next Top Model--there's a new model-making reality show in town. Season teasers have us anticipating the appearance of 26-year-old Israeli model Bar Refaeli on the show. Aside from being one of the most famous models, Refaeli is said to be providing one lucky lady with trade secrets, tips, and tricks on how to be the perfect model. We'd like some of that one-on-one advice please! Scouted aims to find the next it-girl in the modeling world with the help of Scott Lipps New York City agency, One Management. A source tells the New York Post, "Bar will appear in one episode, advising and helping inspiring models." Finally a show that enforces positive criticisms and helps young women. "She gave very helpful tips," states Beri Smither (Scouted model mentor,) "Helping with the runway walk and telling the girl, pretend like you've done this a million times."

Besides tons of celebrity appearances Scouted has been generating tons of buzz since Monday night's first shocking episode. Every week two models will compete for the opportunity to be signed to One Management agency. Although the shows displays the in's and out's of the modeling world, does it go too far? Judging from trending twitter topics and overwhelming responses, maybe Scouted is a bit too real. Telling an underage model she needs to lose "baby fat" and that her waist measuerments are not the proper size may be a tab too harsh. However, judging by the popular ratings Scouted may just knock ANTM from its reality modeling series reign. "We're taking you behind the scenes to see the first 72 hours of a model's life. I want people to be entertained, but I also want them to learn from this process and what it means to come of age in New York City as a 17-year-old girl or boy. Here the cameras are secondary to the scouting, which presents the subject matter in a way that hasn't been seen before," scouting exec Michael Flutie says of the new show.

Other A-list celebrities scheduled to appear on Scouted as model mentors include Selita EBanks and Joise Maran. With so many celebrities, models, and fashion tips, Scouted sure knows how to make us feel as though we are experiencing fashion week all over (and over) again!
