Our Favorite Trends From Miami Swimweek 2012
Check out the latest swimwear trends from the hottest designers!

This year at the Miami Beach Convention Center, 2,000 stunning collections showed off their stuff with fringe, color blocking and plenty of retro style. There was also plenty of cut-out one pieces flooding the runway. The show welcomed back designers such as Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs but also gave smaller designers a chance like Norma Kamali and Luxe by Lisa Vogel. Take a look at three of the trends that really caught our eye at the show!

Fringe

We loved the playful fringe look on the suits this year seen with Beach Bunny swimwear. Beach Bunny swimwear (popular with the celebrities) stayed true to their original sexy and fun look. This cut-out one piece is outrageously wild with the added v-neck fringe.

Color-blocking

It's no secret color-blocking has been all over runways lately and starting to make appearances in the bathing suit world as well. We love this cut-out color-blocking bathing suit from Shivan & Nareesh that shows just enough skin.

Retro

The sophisticated look was all over the runway. Great for all body types, we're in love with Luxe by Lisa Vogel's retro bikinis and coverups.
