Sequin Dress With Opening, $189

As stated in our Resort Wear roundups, sparkles seemed to be a trend on the catwalks and we think this dress exemplifies the look perfectly! We love this style because it follows the trend, but also because it's a perfect transitional piece to carry over from season to season. Wear it in the summer with some strappy sandals, and in the winter with tights and boots!

Abstract-print Silk Crepe De Chine Pants, $300

Pants with prints and patterns were another trend we found among the designer’s Resort ’13 collections and although the looks by Erdem or Kelly Wearstler aren’t yet available, we’ve found a fantastic pair that we think will suffice! We love the mixture of lights and brights in these floral filled pants by Tucker and they make for a perfect summer wardrobe addition!

Let it Rain Playsuit, $143

Rompers and jumpsuits have been trending for quite a few seasons now, however, the hot pants style is a new addition to the scene and we are lusting over this version by finders KEEPERS. The combination of the bright pink, cut out back, and easy-breezy fabric makes this a very trendy and comfy piece!

Fringed Pants with Skirt, $715

Another style that took over the Resort Wear ’13 runways were skirts over pants. This is obviously a look that can be created through the pieces you have in your own wardrobe, however, if you can’t seem to get the look just right, or aren’t sure which pants to pair with which skirts, we have the simple solution with this two-in-one piece from Hexa By Kuho. It’s wacky but not tacky; the simple black on black creates a calmed down version of the look.

Striped Multicolor Emma Dress, $259

Stripes galore were another leading theme on the Resort ’13 catwalks and we love this striped dress by Markus Luper because it seems like the most comfortable way to stay on trend! The cotton fabric mixed with the multiple colors make this dress an easy throw on when you’re headed out the door, or something to lounge in when you get chilly at the beach!
