Eats & Drinks
The Foundation Room offers a four course menu, so you can enjoy a decadent meal and eat at your own pace. For your first course, try their signature Foundation “Pupu” Platter served with kobe beef satays, chicken cigars, and lobster gazpacho shooters. Four your main course, the Grilled Lobster Tail Potagère is recommended; this luscious lobster is citrus marinated, served with summer truffle and vanilla consommé, seasonal vegetables and local mushrooms. And of course, to top of this perfect meal, try their brown sugar and sweet potato dessert for an exotic twist on the classic.
Ambience
With views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Atlantic City Boardwalk, the lounge in the Foundation Room provides not only breathtaking views but a calming spot for lounging and dining in complete and total relaxation. The different sacred “prayer rooms” are decorated with artifacts, statues, and other memorabilia from exotic locations that will take you on an intimate trip around the world. The dining room features 19th century French mahogany, private booths, and oriental rugs to create a warm and inviting setting. Deep colors, gold accents, and upholstered chairs give the bar a cozy vibe.
