Scene
The Hard Rock Café in the Trump Taj Mahal started out as a dive that used to be a Rolls Royce dealership. Eric Clapton was a regular and asked the owners to save him a regular seat, which they did by hanging up his guitar. Now, the Hard Rock is home to over 70,000 instruments and rock memorabilia. Setting a laid back atmosphere with a rock n’ roll edge, Hard Rock has made a name for itself for not only providing an awesome atmosphere to dine in, but great food and fun as well.
Eats & Drinks
Hard Rock Café serves up traditional bar food with a modern edge. All the feel-good favorites such as nachos, chicken fingers, juicy burgers, sandwiches, and salads are there, but alongside more upscale meals such as steaks, salmon, and a grilled Hawaiian chicken. Try their legendary 10 oz burgers, served with bacon, two slices of cheddar cheese, an onion ring, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. If you’re too full to enjoy a full dessert try their strawberry cheesecake or chocolate peanut butter bites to satisfy your cravings.
Ambience
Locals and visitors pile into Hard Rock Café for its casual atmosphere and years of rock n’ roll memorabilia. Take a trip through time and rock history as you explore the bar and dining area, boasting pictures, posters, instruments, and other musical treasures. Take a load off at their expansive bar, where the bartenders are friendly and the beer is flowing. Or, sit at the wooden tables and plush booths to enjoy a meal and watch old music videos and concerts on their many large screen TVs.
