Step into the ground floor restaurant of the newly opened Nolitan Hotel and relax. It's easy to get cozy at this uber hip locale because, well, while they haven't quite hit their stride in bringing in the crowds, their excellent seasonal, American menu is matched by their friendly service. A diverse wine list with interesting picks Eastern European picks levels out the experience. And, while it may not be the most packed of hotel restaurants, it still draws an upscale crowd; on Joonbug's last visit we spotted a Gossip Girl star.
