RARE Bar & Grill and our rooftop lounge RARE View in Chelsea at the Hilton New York Fashion District opened along with the hotel in mid May 2010. RARE is the exclusive food and beverage provider offering on-premise catering, room service, and lobby dining in addition to the rooftop lounge. This area, home of Chelsea's popular flower district has blossomed with many exciting entertainment and dining venues.

Hit the rooftop, and try a fried pickle with your bourbon-glazed burger. Toppings are endless--but we recommend caramelized crush walnuts and bleu cheese. And don't forget the truffle-butter steaks.
