Try the bacon infused vodka! Interstate Food & Liquor
VENUE DETAILS
Scene
Conveniently located in Chinatown, Interstate Food and Liquor is the newest American-themed joint that’s taking its walk-ins and converting them into loyal patrons. Not only does their menu feature American dishes with delicious twists, but also offers healthy and organic ingredients.
This scene is all too well known. Cavalier hipsters run the place and make sure they make it their next local bar…but not before the B&T crowd gets a good number of kicks in first. Newly opened, Interstate Food & Liquor is a bi-level bar and restaurant that offers a great twist on traditional foods, good music (sometimes even fist-pumpingly good) and yes, Snookie’s favorite: fried pickles.
Eats & Drinks
Known as the “burger bar”, Interstate Food & Liquor’s ingredients are mostly local and organic. Some mouth-watering items on the menu include: La Frieda blend jalapeno burgers, chorizo and beef Sloppy Joes, mac-covered mini dogs and if you start feeling the beer munchies coming, the Interstate Meat Platter which is a combo of all three.
Ambience
This hipster’s paradise is a great area for throwing birthdays or get-togethers for party's of 20-30 which is usually difficult to find in the city without spending a boat load of cash. The raw industrial interior and slight punk rock edge creates a cheeky atmosphere that pairs particularly well with their food and liquor.
