A relative newbie on the East Midtown bar scene, Black Finn is a classy establishment that offers all of the essentials – great drinks, fun music, a beautiful crowd and friendly service. A happy hour staple by weekday and wannabe dance club on weekends, the bar features a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights, with tons of space to get your groove on. (A quieter second floor offers sanctuary from the bumping and grinding.) Arrive early and youÂ'll be able to score a booth, which is even more exciting here since every booth comes equipped with its very own flat-screen TV, usually tuned to the nightÂ's big game. Black Finn is a great spot for after-work drinks or the start of a crazy night out (ask about the $25 all-you-can-drink parties), but for a wild time, itÂ's best to look elsewhere.
