Did you know that black dogs and cats are last adopted, first euthanized? On Saturday, March 10th, Celebrity Catwalk will host "MardiPaws: Back in Black," a star-studded evening of drinks and entertainment to benefit dog and cat rescue. The event's A-list emcees include Ramona Singer of "Real Housewives of New York," Yandy Smith of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop," Ryan Nickulas of Logo's "The A-List: New York," choreographer and author Darrin Henson, and WPIX11's Francesca Maxime. Guests will enjoy celebrity sightings, games, competitions, and a spectacular silent auction featuring designs by Vienna Couture Canine, Haute Puppy, and INAMORADA, plus other goodies for pets and people.

Dogs and cats will be available for adoption at the event, and guests are welcome to bring their own pooches to the party!

The event will be held at the popular nightclub Shadow on 229 W. 28th Street, and will begin at 7:00pm. Tickets are $40, and all proceeds will benefit local animal rescue groups.
