Scene
Walking into Boucarou, you are met with the warm tones of browns, tans and shimmering gold’s. The Restaurant/ Lounge designed by decorator Breanna Carlson is a multi-use venue that will meet everyone’s needs. Whether you’re stopping in for a drink after work, attending a multimedia business function or seeing the latest fashion to hit New York, Boucarou is up to the task.
Eats & Drinks
Malik Fall, executive chef of Boucarou takes his inspiration from French/African and Asian Cuisine. Try the Senegalese peanut butter lamb stew served with yams and vegetables if you’re open to new things but the regulars rave about the Fried calamari in teriyaki sauce. Only having drinks? Don’t leave without sampling an American Geisha, a Boucarou mix of Grey Goose, Grey Goose Orange, Lychee puree and a splash of Grand Marnier
Ambience
The swank and spacious 3,400-square-foot club is a mix of neutral woods and glass. Accented with bamboo and gold highlights, Boucarou sets the scene for relaxing dinner conversation before it literally tears the roof off with a retractable ceiling.
