Hey Nerds, it's BACK. On September 24th from 9-12pm, the light saber battle returns to downtown NYC (location to be determined). For just $5 you can get on the list and reserve your saber ahead of time. So bust out your best Jedi/Sith costume and get your geek on. Keep in mind, there are some rules and regulations --like no hitting people in the face and "swing lightly." (Boooo!) However, you may use the force and Jedi mind tricks. Here are the deets:

Join us for a massive battle of Jedi vs. Sith in downtown New York City. Pick a side of the force and use that venerable, ancient, glowing tool: the lightsaber, in the ultimate nocturnal showdown.

This year, our glowing nighttime skirmish gets ratcheted up to be a bigger and brighter experience. Reserve your lightsaber and prepare to do battle!
