I almost have no words. Well, almost...

During my lunch break I took a walk...three steps to the left of our building and finally wandered into the sophisticated sushi place that stared me down every time I came to work. I have a weakness for Sushi but no weakness for the prices (a roll can take my lunch money for the week. Ouch!) so I ignored the subtle wafting of succulent scents whenever I passed my neighbor's door.

Today, however, I gave in to my weakness and sidled up to the nice woman who greeted me at the door and said, "I'm in love with Sushi, what do you got?" She pointed me in the direction of their $15 lunch special (a bento box with soup and a salad) that she said would fill me up nicely.

It.Was.DELISH! My stomach is overflowing with 6 pieces of spicy tuna roll, 4 pieces of tempura, 3 dumplings, 3 pieces of sashimi, a salad, miso soup and a couple pieces of kiwi to satisfy the savory and sweet combination. Whew. And all for less than 20 bucks.

So take my advice on this sushi place,

I love the stuff and I'd never steer you wrong,

Cana Sushi on West 21st Street,

Is truly the BOMB!
