
At 3pm there will be a ceremonial keg of Hofbrau Maibock beer and each guest will receive a complimentary beer until it's kicked. Loreley will also be tapping Spaten Maibock throughout the festivities, along with plenty of other German brews.
For you hungry heffers, there will be five different sausage platters to choose from, featuring German and international-style sausages from Schaller & Weber, accompanied by Loreley's housemade sauerkraut and mashed taters. You will have the option to order up platters with anywhere from 3-12 types of sausages ($16-$38). There will also be bratwurst tacos, bratwurst kabobs, and vegetarian options of the first time ever. The sausage platter options are as follows:
3-sausage platter: Smoked Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Wiener ($16)
5-sausage platter: Smoked Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Wiener, Knackwurst, Bratwurst ($22)
7 - Smoked Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Wiener, Knackwurst, Bratwurst, Nürnberger, Bauernwurst ($27)
9 - Smoked Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Wiener, Knackwurst, Bratwurst, Nürnberger, Bauernwurst, Hungarian Kolbase, Andouille ($33)
12 - Smoked Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Wiener, Knackwurst, Bratwurst, Nürnberger, Bauernwurst, Hungarian Kolbase, Andouille, Chicken Bratwurst, Polish Kolbase, Leberwurst Links ($38)
Guests will also have the opportunity to try lesser known types of -wursts, such as bauernwurst, Hungarian Kolbase, Andouille, chicken bratwurst, Polish kolbase, and nurnberger.
