There’s nothing like grabbing a cheap sandwich for lunch. At this Flatiron location, celebrity chef and Top Chef Judge Tom Colicchio wanted to create a place with a sandwich service like no other. He did just that. With a menu that doesn’t have a sandwich costing more than $10 (and using quality, REAL product), ‘wichcraft has done it right. The menu has both hot and cold sandwiches, as well as breakfast items and some desert. Some of the stand-out sandwiches are the grilled gruyere with caramelized onions ($5.95), the chicken breast with grilled mushrooms and onions ($9.75), and the pole caught tuna baguette ($8.50). Also keeping in with the sandwich theme, ‘wichcraft has an incredible desert deal: the $1 cream’wich.
