
Chanterelle, the reserved and exquisite restaurant in TriBeCa, located in the Mercantile Exchange Building at 2 Harrison Street, is hosting Sunday Salons at Chanterelle. The series begins on Aug. 16, 3-5 p.m.
The event next Sunday afternoon marks the closing of the restaurant for the rest of summer as they renovate for Fall. Smoky Sunday: Blues Beer & Bites, will feature musicians from the Jazz Gallery, beer straight from the Fire Island Brewery, and Head Chef David Waltuck fixing up and discussing classic American smoked food.
According to Chanterelle, the casual gatherings, each led by a member of the staff on their favorite culinary facet will range from “cheese and wine to flowers and chocolate.”
The cost is $65 dollars per person for the event, registration required.
