Free the Tibetan Mule
But Look Out, it Has a Serious Kick


There are billions of different people on this planet, and there is probably a different type of mule cocktail for each one. This particular flavor is known as the Tibetan Mule and goes down just a little too easy. But when has that ever been a problem?  This drink takes a little more effort than popping the cap off of a bottle but it is so worth it. its not too sweet (and it doesn't cost 15 dollars per glass) and its a great way to treat your friends.

Ingredients:

4 chunks of pineapple

cilantro

2 tsp lime juice

1 oz pineappple infused vodka

1/2 oz sake

1/2 oz creme de gigembre (any ginger liqueur will do)

2 tsp sugar syrup (equal parts sugar and water)

1 1/2 oz ginger ale

Crush 4 or 5 pieces of cilantro with the pineapple and lime juice. Add the creme de gigembre, sugar syrup, vodka, and sake and shake to combine. Strain into a highball glass over ice and then pour ginger ale over the top garnish with cilantro. Drink with caution.
