With Thanksgiving exactly one week away and with NYCs obvious wine'ing and dine'ing culture we've got some perfect resto reccs for dining in or taking out your turkey dinner. Or, if you're itching to cook you're first ever holiday feast, there's even a 101 style class in our mix worth trekking to before testing your skills next Thursday. Gobble gobble!

Head to Prospect Brooklyn, a modern American restaurant on November 19th at 7pm for a Thanksgiving cooking class. The one and a half hour class will offer tips on how to prepare a traditional Turkey Day dinner by executive Chef Kyle McClelland. The class will also cover the perfect alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairings. Hurry up, there are only 14 spots in the class and tickets cost $60. Call (718) 596-6826 to reserve your spot. Jones Wood Foundry is offering up two great deals for Turkey Day. Head to the pub for a three course dinner for just $39 a pop - anytime between 11am and 8pm. There will be delectable dishes such as butternut squash ravioli, roast turkey, pumpkin pie, and so much more. If dining at home is more your style, you can order from the same menu for $25 per person by November 15th. Your order can be picked up Thanksgiving Day from 8am-11am.

Pick up a full turkey dinner at Barrio 47 that includes cranberry sauce, truffle mashed potatoes, panettone stuffing, roasted brussel sprouts, butternut squash, and roasted fennel in addition to turkey, for just $140. The fixings serve 4-6 people. Or head to the restaurant itself for a delicious dinner for $45 per person (or $75 with wine pairings).

Highpoint Bistro & Bar will be serving a very special three course meal for just $39 from 11:30am-10pm. Included in the smorgasbord is butternut squash soup, baby spinach salad, roasted turkey roulade and sweet potato puree, stuffing, and cranberry gelee, as well as salmon filet, and homemade pumpkin pie. All of this is also available by take-out.

Catering, anyone? Have Thanksgiving turkey with all the fixins for just $25 per person from Alobar. Orders must be placed by November 16th and come with turkey, pan gravy, maple roasted butternut squash, brussel sprouts, whipped potato, and cranberry stuffing. You can pick up your order on Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

The 40/40 Club is offering the snazziest deal around. Book your reservation at resny@4040club.com for a fun evening with a live DJ, a pre-Thanksgiving dinner, and bottle specials. The two course $20 dinner includes roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn bread stuffing, macaroni & cheese, green beans, and cranberry sauce, as well as a choice of sweet potato pie or pumpkin pie with whipped cream of vanilla ice cream.
