Hosted at the Wolffer Estate in Sagaponack, the event promises to have unlimited champage, beer, and wines from the area. They will also be announced the Christian Wolffer Scholarship for Wine and Food Studies.
Some menu highlights include Crunchy Polenta Cannoli with Baccala Mantecato, Bacon-Crusted New York Strip with Jalapeño Mashed Potatoes and Cabernet Gastrique, Olive Oil Cake with Raspberry–Lavender Jam and Pistachios, Chilled Corn Soup iwth Marinated Bass and Tomatillo–Cilantro Purée, and Bourbon-Glazed Pork Belly with Tomato and Jalapeño–Infused Cheese Grit Cakes and Pickled Garlic Scapes.
