 1.  212 Steakhouse ( 316 E 53rd St.)

212 Steakhouse is the first restaurant on the east coast certified by the Kobe Beef Distribution and Promotion Council to serve authentic Kobe Beef. If that didn't sell you, don't worry there is more. Located midtown east, 212 Steakhouse is a meat eaters dream. They serve several different cuts of Australian, Japanese and American Wagyu. Authentic Kobe Beef  is sold by each delicate ounce and incredibly tender and delectable that we were not all that surprised when the couple next to us ordered four steaks. We would roll around in the steak if given the chance.
