Aspen creates a spacious upscale setting donned with glass-blown deer head sculptures, winter-laden forest murals, and rustic wooden tables and bar. Aspen features a snow white 110-seat dining room and a copper-topped wooden bar while the Gonzo room lures private parties in with fiery red floors and a regal wooden table.
