Hotel Chantelle takes its inspiration from the history of New York City adding a modern twist to its very traditional roots. Reflective of the Lower East Side, Hotel Chantelle’s menu draws influence from the multiple immigrant groups that have settled in New York City past and present. Their drink list and offerings rely on an old fashioned approach to cocktails modernizing them to fit a more fresh palate. The wine list has been chosen to complement the menu and to reflect both old and new world regions around the globe.
