Thank you Bar XII for the memories, and welcome Highland Park to the neighborhood! Since opening its doors, Highland Park has already become the ultimate sports bar and lounge for locals and visitors alike. Guests will be able to spend the most casual yet classy New Year’s Eve 2013. Only a short walk from the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station, the newly renovated and upgraded Highland Park has both the friendliness of a sports bar with the sophistication and comfort of a classic pub. The new furnishings and fixtures give Highland Park a new breath of life from its former occupant Bar XII. With great music, friendly staff and dynamic crowd, Highland Park can accommodate just the right ambiance for a show-stopping New Year’s Eve 2013.
With a warm interior and inviting wait staff to match, Highland Park proves to be a versatile locale, excellent for the big night of drunken debauchery and festive attitudes. The unpretentious yet stylish ambiance creates an unparalleled environment for any occasion, without the hassle of velvet ropes. With its 20-something young and vibrant Murray Hill clientele, Highland Park sits in prime location for the anticipated celebratory night. Whether you want to play beer pong or dance the night away while counting down to the New Year, the front of Highland Park presents a spacious bar area with a fully stocked pong table while the back portion has a dance floor.
Like all New York oldies, it was time for a face lift. Played-out oldie one day, to fabulous goodie the next! You’ll definitely get one of the best views and angels of the ball drop this New Year’s Eve 2013 in this 2,200 square-foot bar stocked with flat screen TVs, tufted couches, rustic high tops and a 20 person communal table that’ll create a comfortable setting for one of the most memorable nights of the year!
Highland Park features a sophisticated and cultured selection of 46 fine whiskeys and 22 draft beers, not to mention an array of craft beers and specialty cocktails. All they want to do is sip err..slip, away into 2013 with their guests!
