Venue Description:
Get your nights sizzling on the sea at the Frying Pan! Formally a lightship based off the coast of North Carolina between 1929 and 1964, the Frying Pan remained submerged and abandoned for years before it was brought to New York in the '80s. The quirky, rusty boat still with many of its original seafaring details intact, now makes an great location for dance parties, live bands and theater.

Test your balance as you walk along this Lightship that was built in 1929. Then head to Crunch to get in sea-worthy shape like the sailors that used to roam these decks.

Get a bucket of Corona! Best place for day drinking on a boat in the city! Get there before 4:30pm during the week for a table in the sun on the second floor!

Yuppie douchebags from all over swarm this place after work - so if you can, go during the day, when you can enjoy the maritime vibe, breeze off the harbor, amazing views, and tasty food!
