A nod to the phliosophies of the prohibition era speakeasy, this East Village mainstay is doing business as a holding area for an enormous slection of liquors including cognacs and single-malt scotches. dba is also notable for its excellent location and an atmosphere that is innocuous enough for anyone to enjoy. Great garden out back, too.

50 kinds of tequila and 130 single-malt Scotches intrigues a young and welcoming crowd of hops lovers. Yeah, there's a ton of beer too.

Holy Jesus, D.B.A. has awesome beers. They had Double Dead Guy Ale, which I didn't even know existed... (Awesome)
