Chef Sisha Ortúza is known for his eclectic flavor combinations. Case in point: fried chicken drizzled with black pepper honey, at once crispy and sweet and sinful.

Glazed Pork Belly & the Hamachi Crudo - made to perfection!! An actual lunch menu needs to be developed though.. Cafe menu isn't good enough to trek this far east.
