If you’re always wondering why time seems to stop at Public House, it might be in part because the clock at this sprawling Irish pub is permanently set at 5 pm. Plush red banquettes and a menu offering fancier-than-your-usual-Irish-fare (homemade buttermilk chicken, seared tuna steak topped with apple-mustard chutney), makes this one high falutin’ pub.
