A new gallery in the heart of Chelsea is redefining the way art galleries interact with the community. 3Squared Gallery founded by duo The Mad Gallerist and Marina Dojchinov seeks to cultivate its artists and foster a community of galleries, contributors, and participants for a unique gallery experience that functions more like the artistic process itself.

From multimedia pieces to 3D installments to performance, 3Squared Gallery lends its space to all art forms, making itself known as a progressive and inclusive outlet for artists from all over the world. Channeling New York’s Warhol years, the eclectic 3Squared Gallery offers a space for underground exhibitions and events while creating a dynamic community for sharing and appreciating art.

Rooted in the collaborative principles of the New York School, 3Squared supports and nurtures cutting edge expression. Hardwood floors and exposed brick preserve the spirit of a New York not yet forgotten—a city of opportunity and growth for creative minds. 3Squared hosts internationally acclaimed artists both renowned and up-and-coming, as well as album launches, charity events, and performances.

On Wednesday, December 7, from 6-9 pm, 3Squared will host British-born visual artist Chloe Smith and her exhibition, Coffee & Water. Chloe is interested in how the metaphysical manifests itself through the mundane, using coffee as a watercolor medium to create stunning impressions and images which explore the effects of British imperialism on colonized peoples.
