Last Saturday kicked off the Hester Street Fair, which hosts an incredible line of vendors displaying works of art, delectable cuisine, and hand crafted accessories.

Occupying one of the LES’s oldest pushcart markets every Saturday 10am-6pm now through the end of October, let the swell of aromas navigate you through tree-lined park and heavy foot traffic.

The fair itself consists of various kiosks displaying vibrant local business fronts new and old laced with goods perfect for weekend strolls through out the next three seasons.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet local artists and business owners who live and work in your own neighborhood. "The Hester Street Fair, the idea, at the heart of it is about getting back to things that are produced by people, selling to people" says cofounder SuChin Pak.

Those looking to become part of the weekly festival are invited to apply.
