In a major relief effort to give back after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy, Pacha New York and RPM are proud to announce “Help Heal New York,” a benefit for the storm’s victims with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Greater New York Red Cross and other local  charities. This unique night of music will take place at Pacha this Wednesday, Nov. 14th and will be hosting a monstrous roster of over 50 DJs featuring both international and local stars.

Just announced today was Erick Morillo and Afrojack as additions to the solid line up. Morillo, who is a New Jersey native and co-owner and chairman of the board for Pacha, said in a statement: “I have so much love for New York and New Jersey and it was devastating to see the effect the storm had on our local communities. I jumped at the chance to get involved in such a good cause and would like to thank the international dance community for coming together to help get our area back on their feet.”

The line up includes powerhouses like Sunnery James & Ryan MarcianoShermanology, and Danny Avila, legends like Danny Tenaglia, Cevin Fisher and Hex Hector along with local DJs like Bambi, The Chainsmokers and Dalton to name a few. “We all love this city and have deep roots throughout the region. Even if we weren’t in its direct path, this storm hit us all hard,” said  Pacha New York co-owner Eddie Dean. “Everyone jumped at the chance to help out. We’re so gratified that DJs who don’t live in New York, but still have so much love for it, were more than willing to lend a
hand as well.”

In addition to donating all profits, the staff of Pacha and all artists will be donating their services. From coat check tips to DJ fees, everyone in the building will be there for the sole purpose of supporting the tri-state area, and getting it back on its feet again.  “This night will be unforgettable not only for the music,” says Pacha’s Rob Fernandez. “It’s a real show of solidarity from the nightlife and EDM industries, and a
celebration of New York – a city so vitally important to each.”
