It may be the middle of winter, but why not welcome Minus5 Ice Bar to the city that never sleeps? The third location of the bar will open up in March 2013 inside Hilton New York in Midtown West. Perfectly timed to coincide with the warm spring nights, the bar will feature an ice bar, table, walls, and even the glasses will be made of ice!

The space will feature world-class ice sculptures and unique hand-carved pieces created by some of the most talented ice carvers in the world. The bar will be quite chilly at only 23 degrees, meaning guests will don stylish faux fur jackets, boots, and hats to stay warm. Once guests complete their tour of the place, you will receive a printed photo of you at the bar and you will have the opportunity to purchase awesome Minus5 clothing, including Eskimo hats. Furthermore, the unique space will cater their sculptures to the season, as well as any special events that take place at the bar. We can't wait to see what it's got to offer!
