"It's difficult being out seven days a week and staying on top of your game," he says of the industry, but in the world of party planning, Nirav believes the result of a well-attended and smoothly operated event is the ultimate prize at the end of the day.  Pop Burger brought in Jet Set Events to oversee their weekly events in both their downtown and uptown locations in Manhattan. Handling their late-night exclusive parties, Nirav will be a key player in the upcoming opening of Pop's third location in Union Square.  "The full scale event planning is my favorite part, starting with the budget and trying to make the event unique and one of a kind," Nirav says as he defines the passion behind his work.

Working closely with Jet Set owner Peter James Cryan, Nirav Sevak is a leader in event making in New York City. He hopes his upcoming event for The Christopher Wallace Foundation will be one of his most memorable. Hosted at elite nightclub, BLVD, Nirav and his team will host performers Jay-Z and Beyonce for a celebrity filled night amongst the New York stars.
