Last Thursday evening, Joonbug.com along with a stunning Adrienne Bailon hosted a glamorous evening of cocktails and fashion
at the illustrious Tenjune nightclub in the Meatpacking District. The evening began
with a one-hour open bar, tiny treats by Baked By Melissa, and a red carpet event emceed by celebrity blogger Micah
Jesse. Jesse's effervescent
personality lit
up the scene as guests began to arrive for their moment of fame in front of
a swarm cameras and flashes from around the room. Caridee English, winner of Cycle Seven of America's Next Top Model, worked
the lower level of Tenjune with a fierce blonde mohawk and four inch designer pumps. Several other ANTM alumni were there to work the runway, including Laura, Lulu, Ashley and Jennifer from Cycle 13. As guests began to fill up the dance floor
and runway, eyes shifted to the models clad in the latest apparel and accessories from AZU Tees,
Recession Denim, 2enlight10 by Regine Basha, and many more. New York based apparel company Dollhouse supplied the trendy and towering heels for the catwalk, bringing with them over 200 gift bags filled with fun treats, including an AZU tee, Vitamin Water, and RAMY Pure Water Cleansing Mousse, ensuring that every guest left happy, healthy and beautiful.
The seemingly effortless beauty of each of the magnificent models was created by celebrity stylist Lindsi Lane. Lane's knack for crafting looks that are both defiant and sophisticated translated into models wearing Laurel Lux Jewelry's heavy metal chains, like shoulder-grazing earrings and necklaces worn asymmetrically across the body, and strategically ripped tee shirts. Her personification of style and the articulation of each model's personality created a unique show which illustrated the qualities of each brand presented on the runway. Co-host Adrienne Bailon also brought the collections of TORN along for the show, completing a wide-range of collections for the Haiti relief benefit. Also lending their incredibly talented hands to the evening's fashion events were hairstylists from VS1 Salon (Val Murdakhayev, Rafi Vavurov, and Gary Kaziyev) and Visage Salon (Ilya Mavi and Eugene Davidoff), as well as the amazing makeup artists Tali Hadad of Makeup by Tali and Ramy Gafni.

DJ Ian Boyd was on the scene all night playing the hottest tracks from oldies to today's top 40. Musical guests included rapper NSR, who had just landed in New York from a tour in Jamaica (where he performed with reggae band TOK) to give guests a taste of his upcoming track, "Adrien Brody," and some beats he picked up from the islands. Drummer Choclatte, who has played with artist Lauryn Hill, previewed his new album, Drum Tantrums, alongside R&B band Gotham City. The array of native New York talent brought audience members to their feet for an intimate and individual musical celebration to accompany some of fashion's hottest names.
With the proceeds going to Project Medishare to assist in relief efforts in earthquake-ravaged Haiti, guests of the event were extremely giving of their extra cash to the bartenders throughout the night. Cocktail servers scattered themselves throughout the main dance floor with delightfully prepared and delicious appetizers for guests as they entered. Presented by Chanel Omari, Joonbug's star-studded event saw a blissful night of crystalline cocktails and fabulous fashion.
