Remarkably, just one day after Jay-Z's all-star grand reopening bash, the $10 million newly renovated club was shut down due to health violations. The Health Department marked the venue with 69 violation points, including failure to keep food at the appropriate temperatures and staff cleanliness (ew!).

You'd think after dishing out all that dough to make this place high-class, HOV could afford to hire a good staff and proper utensils to handle food, but apparently not.

However, TMZ reports that the violations were merely due to a fridge that broke prior to the inspection. Alas, who knows the true tale? Luckily - this swanky sports club reopened the folllowing day and is now pending review from the Department of Health.
