Over on Avenue B in the remnants of the tenements of Alphabet City, take a stroll by the EV's new speakeasy White Noise. Inside, you will find secret hideaways and lairs specially crafted to host a raucous evening on the town with your friends, away from the noise of a generic barroom.  Layered in tin and dipped in tar, White Noise gives the impression that its still the 80s on the East Side.  And don't forget to check out the Weirdo Room once you're inside.  It's just this small room with a strobe light in your face while you sit alone in the dark.  Seizure much?
