The real continental breakfast is in the executive lounge on the 31st floor. Don't settle for the offerings in the lobby.

The earplugs provided in the room are a necessity. The windows seem to magically amplify street noise from 20 stories below.

The location of this hotel is great. Near the BART station & just a short walk from Union Square. Some rooms also have a beautiful view of city hall.
