We prefer Mandalay to the more famous and always an hour+ wait Burma Superstar. Great food without the wait.

Try the Chin Mong Jaw –sour vegetables sautéed with green chiles, prawns, and bamboo shoots. Burmese people come from all over for this one. No one else has that in the city.

Tea leaf salad is a must. Seriously. For an appetizer, I suggest the chicken satayed w/ peanut sauce. Delicious. Omg
