ARRESTED
Ok, so apparently T.I. might not have a day job much longer. Clifford Harris, the rapper known as T.I. should be on an amazing high. His movie Takers, which he executive produced and starred in, is number one at the box office. He has a new album out this month and has finally made his long time union with Tameka "Tiny" Coddle legal. Maybe that just isn't enough for someone who has everything though. As of just yesterday, the rapper and his wife were pulled over in West Hollywood after police suspected marijuana in the vehicle. After a search of the car, police discovered methamphetamines in the form of pills that "resembled Ecstasy," a spokesperson for the police department commented.
Foxy Brown was arrested once again yesterday for allegedly violating an order of protection that ordered her to stay away from a neighbor she was accused of throwing a BlackBerry at in 2007.
"Bitch, what are you looking at? What the f--k are you looking at?" Brown yelled at Arlene Raymond when their paths crossed yesterday in Brooklyn's Prospect Heights neighborhood, according to the New York Daily News.
According to TMZ, Joseph Simmons Jr., or JoJo, got caught with weed in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Law enforcement says they caught him buying the weed and rolling it up. When they swooped in for the arrest, he tried to reverse, almost hitting a police car. I wonder if he was prepared to take them on a high speed chase.
He was charged with resisting arrest, attempted reckless endangerment, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Of course he’ll beat every charge with the help of high powered attorneys, plus he was only smoking bud. Not the end of the world. If anything, the arrest might help his hip-hop image, which still is in strong need of solidification.
Although we all wish we could live our lives like the main character in the popular Grand Theft Auto video game, we cannot. Sadly, no one told that to producer Scott Storch.
The once in-demand producer was arrested in Miami on Friday and charged with grand theft auto- definitely not a misdemeanor. Storch apparently “forgot” to return his 2004 Bently GT which he had been renting from Atlas Leasing. The vehicle was scheduled to be returned in March of 2008 after being leased since February of 2006, however when the producer failed to bring the car back, the company decided to take action. He posted an undisclosed amount of bail and was released.
Sex is a weapon. Or so they say. Apparently, German singer Nadja Benaissa, from the girl group No Angels took the saying to heart. She has been arrested for knowingly having unprotected sex with three men without telling them she was HIV positive. Ouch!
What can you expect from a girl who’s in a group called No Angels? You get what you ask for, and I’m sure all three of those guys wanted to feel the immense pleasures of sexing a hot rock star with no condom. Yes, it feels good, but didn’t anyone ever tell them that the prettiest girls are the most dangerous? You want be the first or the last dude to lust over that hot body. Now they know.
