Now that warm spring days are finally here to stay, Rosé wines are now in peak demand and can be found on wine lists around the world. With the number of Rosé options increasing every year now is an ideal time to participate in wine tastings of what will soon be your new spring favorite. Rosé wines are versatile, food-friendly wines that can either be dry or off-dry. This type of wine fills a wide spectrum of styles with some Rosés being lighter and ideal for sipping, while others are more full-bodied and best paired with meats. Given its versatile characteristics Rosé has numerous food pairing possibilities from everything from grilled fish, pastas, barbeque, and even pizza.
