The importance of this sample sale is not just for you to save some cash on great items, but it is a charitable event to which a local organization benefits from the purchase of the ticket.

The beneficiary this year is E.L. Haynes Public Charter School. The school will benefit from this sale by receiving all the money raised from the purchase of a ticket. So while saving yourself some dough on some of the hottest items of the season, you are also helping out children. It's a win-win situation!

TIckets started to sell on February 22, 2011 and the sample sale starts on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 6:30-9:30pm. TIckets start at just $40 for general admission, and there are also other ticket prices for VIP early shopping access and special goodie bags which range from $100 - $600. The tickets can be purchased only online and will be sent out in time for the sale.

Last year the sale raised nearly $30,000 for charity, and hopefully this year will be just as successful. With some of the districts hottest boutiques and shoe stores included in this sale, as well as the lowest markdowns of the season, it's definitely not something you want to miss!
