Smack dab in the middle of the gray, lobbyist-infested section of K Street, Bravo! Bravo! is like finding a Hawaiian shirt in the racks at Brooks Brothers. Sort of empty, and not a little cheesy, during the day, when they offer lunch and happy hour, the place bursts to life on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights after 11 when Latinos, and those who love their music, line up by the hundreds for the chance to shake their bon-bons. Why it closes early in Thursday is a mystery, but all that is forgotten as the well dressed and the dressed-down show off their moves in a tightly packed dance floor.
