By day, Tuscana plays host to power brokers and well-heeled tourists, dispensing the simple, powerfully flavorful foods of Tuscany. The casual, rustic decor belies the rigorous cooking of the whole kitchen. By night, the curlers really come down as Tuscana transmogrifies into Diva, an internationalist dance club with a true following. With its huge ex-pat population, it only makes sense that this Mediterranean restaurant would feature music beyond the latest 80Â's retro-remix. Look for tangos, meringues, Arab rhythms and a hot dance floor every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 3am.
