Engine Room Comedy Night Thursday Event Description
Featuring three of the most renowned comedians, Jasion Goliath, Hannah Berner, and Dan Frigolette are taking over the Engine Room on Thursday, June 20th.
Jason Goliath was recognised as one of Africa’s best comedians and invited to represent Africa in Montreal, Canada, at the Just For Laughs Festival. Fast forward to 2016; Jason is celebrating his 5 year industry milestone, is the host of his own late night talk show on SABC 3 – Larger Than Life, brainchild of one of the most recognisable entertainment brands in South African comedy, Goliath & Goliath and the proud co-owner of Africa’s first premium comedy club in Melrose Arch, The Goliath Comedy Club.
Dan Frigolette is a stand up comedian and actor who has been seen on Bob and Tom Show, HBO's Boardwalk Empire, Show Me A Hero, Younger, Sexy Beasts, ElimiDate, The Following, Wendy Williams Show, and the Artie Lange Show. He is the Executive Producer of The Apartmentship with Andrew Schulz, Stonehenge Oh Yeah with James Manzello, The Hoboken Comedy Festival, NJFunnyfest, Make Me Laugh Comedy Contest, Comedy's Best Kept Secret Tour and Porn Stars Are People Podcast.
Hannah Berner currently stars on BRAVO TV's Summer House. She was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up playing competitive tennis professionally and for the University of Wisconsin. Currently, Hannah works as a video producer, writing, directing, editing and acting in viral comedy videos.
Doors open at 7pm and the show will begin promptly at 8pm so grab your friends and head on over a bit early to grab a seat and a drink before laughing your night away.
