You know, living in New York is one thing. But experiencing New Year's Eve in New York is another thing. You have the iconic ball drop in Times Square, along with parties going on in the most exclusive nightclubs and lounges and then you have...Webster Hall. Dubbed as "America's first nightclub," the multi-level venue has been home to parties for the past 127 years.

The superstructure is known for it's epic concerts featuring world renowned DJs, local talent and top artists. The New Year's Eve Ball 2013 will have a jam packed line up uncluding Tommy Trash behind the decks for after hours as celebrants party it up in 2013. In typical fashion on midnight it's only right to have a champagne toast, however, Webster has a little tradition of its own. Once the clock strikes midnight, a massive balloon drop infultrates the entire main room of Webster Hall! It's easily known as "the largest balloon drop in the free world." Over 100,000 balloons fall upon those in attendance and it's seriously one crazy scene! New York nightlife is just filled with surprises you may never even know about but now you know about this one so it's a must to experience it at least once!
