Abercombie Offers To Pay 'Jersey Shore' Cast To STOP Wearing Their Clothes

Ouch!

MTV's Jersey Shore may be raking in the dough for themselves, as well as the network, to showcase their "Guido" lifestyles of GTL & fist-pumping, but seems like not everyone is a fan.

Abercrombie Sues Beyonce

Abercrombie & Fitch wasted no time Monday suing Beyonce Knowles upon her announcement to launch a perfume under her alter-ego, Sasha Fierce. Within hours, she was staring at a lawsuit of trademark infringement, deceptive trade practices, and unfair competition.
