SoulCycle: New York Pedal Study has Opened Shop in West Hollywood

Spinning is a workout classic, but lets face it, it's tough to get into the "virtual" hills. And as much fun as it is to have some middle aged dude with a braid (this has been my experience), yelling at you to spin faster, sometimes you need a little pizzaz in your workout routine. SoulCycle is revolutionizing the game, by turning cycling into a full body workout. Through the use of their patented made-to-work routine SoulCyclers get to experience a core workout as well as an upper body one through the use of hand weights. During each session the best of the best staff instructs on how to safely tone your upper body while maintaining the perfect pedal stride. In some studios, customers are lucky enough to take SoulBand, a class using resistance bands that hang above the stationary bikes. I know this sounds like a scene out of a torture film, but trust us the only thing that is getting slashed are your love handles. The studios are a promising sanctuary of change, with inspiring instructors and candle lit Bike Rides, SoulCycle is also a mental refresher.

Kevin Nealon- He may play a hilarious slacker/ pot head on the hit television series Weeds, but one thing Kevin is serious about is animal rights. He's been a proud vegetarian for the past 20 years, even partaking in a hilarious "vegetarian testimonial" for PETA. So maybe what comes from the earth really is the greatest worth?

Katrina Bowden Interview

At only 21, Katrina Bowden is making quite a name for herself. You can catch her Thursday nights alongside Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin on 30 Rock as the hilarious, jaw-dropping Cerie Xerox. Miss Bowden took some time to speak with Joonbug about Cerie's wardrobe, celebrities, acting and more.

JF: Let’s talk about 30 Rock. How did you hear about the project in the first place?

KB: I was already acting, auditioning and modeling at the time the 30 Rock pilot was written and being casted. I went in on an audition after the pilot episode was made- they were recasting the role of Cerie. The process happened very quickly (about 3-4 days) and the next thing I knew, I was going to my first table read with the cast and started shooing soon after at the age of 17!

JF: When you first got the part, did you ever expect the show to be quite as successful and popular as it has been?
