AN21
In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, millions in the tri-state area were tremendously devastated, especially those in New Jersey where the storm hit hard. In an effort to raise funds for those affected in the local community, HQ Nightclub along with Angel Management Group, EMM Group and Revel have come together to initiate Revel Nightlife Relief.
This was no typical Saturday in Central Park. The Upper East Side was about to get christened by rave kids of all kinds and most importantly, by 1/3 of the Swedish House Mafia, Mr. Steve Angello. He brought his expertise in doing what he does best to the Size Matters event and put on one of the most memorable EDM shows New York City had seen the entire summer.
Rumsey Playfield was home to the sold out, 'Size In The Park,' with Steve Angello headlining along with mates from his Size Records, Third Party, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, AN21 and Max Vangeli. Making their NYC debut, Third Party dropped a lot of their own tracks including, "Thank You," feat. Loleatta Holloway and their remix of The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, "Otherside." An impressive set to say the least, Sunnery and Ryan created an elaborate tone playing funky house tracks that no music lover could deny. They dropped classics like Joe Brunning's "Now Let Me See You Work," and the most refreshing bootleg of the whole set, Hardwell's "Spaceman" vs. Ultra Nate's "Free.” After, AN21 and Max Vangeli hit the stage shining with a set heavy on beats with original tracks like, “People Of The Night,” (feat.Tiesto) and "Fresh Start."

It’s all about good genes, at least for the Josefsson family - last name of Swedish sensation Steve Angello and his younger brother AN21.
And as Angello spent his summer jetsetting around the world on the SHM finale tour, baby bro was holed up in the studio with his production partner Max Vangeli working on their debut “People of the Night.”
The album has yet to announce an official release date, but fear not melodic-house fans - AN21 and Max Vangeli have released a “People of the Night” 15-minute Album Teaser Mix to fulfill all of your electro-magic cravings.
After four trying years of playing music for anyone who would listen, Thomas Gold burst onto the scene in 2012 with his massive hits like “Sing2Me” and “Eyes Wide Open.” A gifted producer and seriously talented DJ, Gold’s live performances have captivated EDM lovers around the country and solidified his place at the top of the electronic totem pole. We applaud him for his strategic straddling of two major EDM labels, Size Matters (think Steve Angello, AN21, Max Vangelli) and Axtone Records (think Axwell, Dirty South, Michael Calfan), successfully storming the scene with both companies in order to gain maximum exposure. But Gold seems to have finally chosen a side, seeing as he was selected to create Axtone’s 2012 compilation - “Axtone Presents Thomas Gold."
Swedish House Mafia has done it again. Within 48 hours of announcing their Masquerade Motel Miami show they sold out all 10,000 tickets for Friday, March 23rd --making them the most coveted act during Miami Music Week! As a result of the incredible demand they've announced a second date for Saturday, March 24. But get on it fast because tickets went on sale TODAY, and if history is any indication they will also sell out within 48 hours! And if you thought seeing Swedish House Mafia alone was a sweet deal, you'll be pleased to know Calvin Harris, Alesso, Thomas Gold (Friday only), Otto Knows (Friday only), AN21(Saturday only), Third Party (Saturday only) and NO_ID will be included in the lineup!
Swedish House Mafia fans rejoice: Sebastian Ingrosso and special guests will be at The Pool at Harrah's in Atlantic City on President’s Day Weekend. As one part of Swedish House Mafia, Ingrosso is the man behind the ultimate summer anthem “Calling” with Alesso. Ingrosso also produced the “How Soon Is Now” with Dirty South, David Guetta and Julia McKnight, and the remix of “Jack You” with Steve Angello for Diddy and Felix. His remixes of MGMT’s “Kids” and Miike Snow’s “Silvia” also took the music scene by storm. The legendary artist has also worked with Kylie Minogue, Style of Eye, AN21, Max Vangeli, True Identity and Lune.
Arriving at Pacha NYC on Black Friday, the energy was evident before even walking through the doors. The venue was filled with partygoers all ready to dance off their Thanksgiving dinners and leftovers, at the prestigious New York City spot. Awaiting up and coming house DJ duo AN21 & Max Vangeli to headline the Black Friday event.
AN21(born Antoine Joseffson), the brother of Swedish House Mafia member Steve Angello, has been working alongside Max Vangeli for the past year caught up with us before getting into the booth at Pacha to tell us a little bit more about themselves and their upcoming projects. Vangeli, named one of the "Top 5 DJs to watch in 2011" by the Top 100 DJ poll on DJMag.com, and AN21 have taken over clubs worldwide with remixes of Swedish House Mafia's Save the World as well as Pendulum's The Island. Both anticipating the gig, they gave the crowd one of the best sets in which I have seen them, if not the best. Feeling the vibes of the club rocking to the music, AN21 even attempted (and succeeded!) in crowd-surfing throughout Pacha's main floor! Definitely a night for the record books, as per usual, at Pacha NYC.

Described by MTV as “One of the most promising artists of 2011” Max has grabbed the attention of EDM lovers worldwide. He has made his international debut in 2010 and as a result we have seen him skyrocket through the charts.
The 26 year old born in Moldova, now living in San Francisco took time out of his busy schedule to talk with me.
