It’s that time of the year again, time for fall fashion week. It is not just New York City, like some people seem to think; all across the country cities are creating their own festivities. Case in point: Austin Fashion Week, now in its third year its following and prominence is expanding at an exponential rate.
Austin’s fashion week is different than many others in that there is not just one specific location, but rather a variety of events taking places in salons and retail stores all around the city. Last year, in 2010, an impressive 125 events occurred including clothing and jewelry showings. Even home accessories and furniture makers took part in the fun.
