Tommy Hilfiger Sells To PVH: The Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation - known for owning Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, IZOD, and Bass, with licensing deals for BCBG Max Azria, CHAPS, Sean John, DKNY and Nautica - has purchased the Tommy Hilfiger brand for $3 billion, with $137 million in liabilities. PVH was the highest bidder for Tommy's business, ergo the business will continue with Fred Gehring as Chief Executive - with him adopting various international responsibilities for PVH.
